This page explains what we collect when you use t2tmigrate.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It is written in plain language on purpose.

What we collect

If you submit the early-access form, we receive the email address you type, the company name if you choose to give one, and technical context about the request — the page you submitted from, the site that referred you, and any campaign parameters in the URL.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers on this site.

Why we collect it

Solely to reply to you about early access to t2tmigrate and to keep a record of who has asked. We do not add you to a marketing list, and we will not email you about anything else.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are processed by our form provider, which passes them to us by email. Beyond that, your details are not shared, sold, or passed to any other party.

How long we keep it

Until the early-access programme closes, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Email hello@t2tmigrate.com and we will action it within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

The product itself

This page covers the website only. t2tmigrate the migration tool runs under your own Microsoft identity, against Microsoft's own APIs, and moves data only between the two tenants you nominate. We do not store your Power BI content, and no credential or token of yours remains with us after a run.
